Session Description:

Healthcare organizations’ systems do not remain static. Clinical, technical, and financial needs ever evolve. So, whether upgrading an EHR system or transitioning to a completely new system, organizations must develop mitigating strategies for complex implementation challenges that can impact their time, productivity, and revenue. 

We will discuss the challenges healthcare organizations face while upgrading or implementing new systems and the best practices around change management, training, usability, interoperability, data management, and resource allocation.
