Orchestrating Patient Communication as Needs Expand
Artera (formerly WELL Health) is looking to gain feedback on the orchestration of more complicated healthcare workflows via SMS (text) and IVR (interactive voice response). As health systems adopt more technologies that need to engage with patients, health systems will need tools to coordinate / orchestrate the communications that arise from these technologies. In this focus group, we will discuss the evolving HCIT technology tool stack, with particular focus on outbound communications to patients and answer provocative questions like (1) How are relevant IT stakeholders thinking about this evolving issue and (2) How to best sequence and throttle communications to ensure a great patient experience.
